Solimar Fast-Fit Kit for External Mounting
Solimar aeration pads are globally renowned for fluidizing bulk materials in silos, hoppers, and filter systems, thereby preventing bridging and compaction.
However, it is not always possible to install the aeration pads from the inside. This is where the Fast-Fit Kits come into play, available for the 4300 series and the Minis (4800 series).
Existing silos and hoppers can be easily retrofitted or equipped from the outside with the Fast-Fit Kits. This prevents complex setup and installation work for internal mounting and reduces downtime.
Simply create a 50 mm bore (29 mm bore for the Minis) and insert the aeration pad from the outside of the silo, attach the remaining parts, and secure everything with the nut. The food-grade stainless steel centering plate ensures correct positioning is effortless, and the safety cable simplifies installation.
Solimar aeration pads are so versatile that they can be used with a range of different valve discs, spindles, and connections. For selecting the correct number of aeration pads and determining the optimal arrangement, we offer technical consultation.
