Sanitary fluidizing valve kits are ideal for installation in hoppers or silos that contain contamination-sensitive products and require frequent inspection and maintenance.

After installation, you can regularly inspect and clean the hopper or silo according to the requirements of your maintenance program. All of this happens from the outside, eliminating the need to work in confined spaces, which saves time and money.

Design Features

For use with Solimar’s proprietary silicone disc (Silo Fluidizing Valve), which will not clog, harden, or crack.
Special mounting kit includes a Tri-Clamp connection for easy installation and removal for inspection and/or cleaning.
Spindle design without external threads for direct compressed air connection
Stainless steel and food-grade UHMW plastic to meet 3A and FDA requirements and for all applications particularly susceptible to contamination.
Available for use with standard and mini fluidizing valves.
For use in flat or conical hoppers.
