Cartridge filter

The JET-P cartridge filter is a fully automatic, compressed air-cleaned filter used for dedusting continuously and discontinuously occurring dust-laden air volumes.

With this dedusting solution, a very large filter area can be accommodated in a small space. This results in a low pressure drop during filtration and a low air requirement for cleaning, which in turn saves energy and thus protects the environment.

The filter system is usually integrated into processes in which the dust content in the raw gas is low. Depending on the filter material used, a clean gas dust content of less than 1 mg/m³ can be achieved. The filter can be manufactured from various materials and with different surface qualities, designed to be ATEX-compliant, and equipped with explosion protection devices.

Thanks to its optimized design, an additional cyclone effect can be realized, which separates coarse particles from the raw gas flow before they can reach the filter cartridges. This extends the cleaning interval and increases the service life of the filter elements.
