Valves
The valves we use guarantee up to 20% lower compressed air consumption and thus contribute to significantly higher energy efficiency.
We combine a flow-optimized design with a high pressure pulse. The specially developed membrane is characterized by a very short pressure rise and a reflective closing function.
The cleaning effectiveness of our valves at 4.5 bar corresponds to approximately 6 bar of conventional competitor valves. This saves money with every compressed air pulse and at the same time protects your environmental footprint.
Filter control
SEKO filter controllers are used to control 24 VDC solenoid valves in filter systems with compressed air pulse cleaning.
After connecting the supply voltage, the filter control works fully automatically without further operation. The differential pressure switch shows the current differential pressure of the filter system in the text display. The cleaning is regulated via two independently adjustable Δp switching points. It starts when the value Δp-MAX is reached. With the preset values of the pulse time and the interval time, all connected solenoid valves are controlled, starting with the interval time. If the differential pressure reaches the value Δp-MIN, the cleaning stops.

Discharge elements
Separated dusts are either returned to the production process or disposed of via various discharge elements.
