SEKO Staubtechnik is a partner of Solimar Pneumatics
We are pleased to announce a significant expansion of our product portfolio: SEKO Staubtechnik GmbH is now an official distribution partner for the globally proven fluidizers from Solimar Pneumatics.
As a specialist for dust-free solutions, we know how crucial a smooth material flow is for the efficiency of your systems. With the innovative products from Solimar, we can now offer you one of the most effective solutions against bridging and funneling in silos and containers.
Why Solimar?
The Solimar fluidizers (also known as vibration aerators) combine two operating principles for maximum operational reliability:
-
Aeration:
A directed airflow loosens the bulk material along the container wall. -
Vibration:
The special membrane generates slight vibrations that keep the material in motion.
Your advantages at a glance:
-
Consistent Material Flow:
Effectively prevents blockages and production downtimes. -
Versatility:
Suitable for food (FDA-compliant) and extreme temperatures (up to 230 °C). -
Safety:
Usable in ATEX zones 20, 21, and 22. -
Easy Retrofitting:
Thanks to the Fast-Fit Kit, installation on existing silos is easily possible even from the outside.
Through this partnership, we are strengthening our expertise in the field of bulk material technology and offering you access to first-class components for your process optimization.

Innovative contribution to sustainability in dust extraction
As part of a ZIM research project, SEKO-Staubtechnik, together with two cooperation partners from research and industry, developed a filter system coated with a biopolymer-based nanofiber layer made of chitosan and silk fibroin. The innovation of the project lay in the combination of the scalable centrifugal electrospinning process for the production of the nanofibers, which have application-relevant biofunctionalities, such as increased health compatibility and temperature resistance.
The developed system achieves a separation efficiency of 99.99% with a particle size distribution of 0.2 to 350 µm and is cleaned using the jet-pulse method. The compressed air system operates with an overpressure of less than 4.5 bar, which in turn saves energy, resources and costs. The novel dust extraction system also works with special measurement technology for the continuous recording of filter efficiency via the electromechanical effect.
